Step 1. Grab your base >
> Duplicate it and set this copy to Sreen (Opasity 80% or higher - depends on your image)
Step 2. Add Hue/Saturation Level (Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation)
Master Settings - Saturation + 33
Step 3. Damn! Selective Color =)
Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color
Red
Cyan: -58
Yellow: +42
Cyan
Cyan + 58
Step 4. Duplicate Selective Color Layer
Step 5. New Layer - flood with 002655 - Exclusion 100%
Step 6. New Layer - flood with FCF5F2 - Soft Light 100%
Step 7. New Layer - D9E2FF - Color Burn (Burn) 100%
Step 8. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top - Soft Light 100%

Set this layer to Color Burn Opasity 100%

Step 2. New Layer - flood with 03082A - Exclusion 100%
Step 3. New Layer - flood with B4C2F0 - Color Burn 100%
Step 4. Duplicate your base - drag it to the top -set to Soft Light 100%
