Make a new Selective Colouring Layer.

Reds:
C: -100
M: +20
Y: +100
B: 0

Neutrals:
C: +18
M: -12
Y: -21
B: -15

Mode: Relative

Make another Selective Colouring Layer.

Reds:
C: -100
M: -34
Y: -24
B: 100

Yellows:
C: -58
M: -25
Y: -24
B: -24

Neutrals:
C: +26
M: -14
Y: -24
B: +6

Make a new Colour Balance Layer.

Midtones:
+10 | 0 | +20

Merge your layers. Duplicate your new base and set it to Soft Light 50%.
