Here is my first tutorial, hope you'll like it

1. Resize your image 100x100 or if you want you cant leave it in original size.
2. Make a selective color layer (Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective color) and make your options like this:
Reds:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 100
Yellow: 50
Black: 100

Yellows:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 40
Black: 35

Neutrals:
Cyan: 25
Magenta: 23
Yellow: 21
Black: -20

Blacks:
Cyan: 100 (if the icon becoms too black you can diminish it )
Magenta: 10
Yellow: 10
Black 10

3. Make new layer and fill it with color #EEE0CC. Then make the layer on Soft Light

4. Make new selective color layer:
Reds:
C: -100
M: 0
Y: 100
B: 100

Yellows:
C: -30
M: 0
Y: -23
B: 0

Neutrals:
C: 70
M: -20
Y: -46
B: 20

5. Flatten image, sharpen if you want and the icon is ready.
