01. open your base. crop, resize, sharpen, do whatever you'd like. i didn't sharpen.
02. duplicate, set to screen 100%. duplicate the screen layer and lower the opacity to 50%.
03. new solid color layer. 45436B, set to exclusion 70%.
04. another solid color layer. 7DBDFF, set to soft light 100%.
05. ctrl+a, select all. shift+ctrl+c, copy merged. ctrl+v, paste.
06. set to color burn. if you'd like more depth, duplicate this layer and lower the opacity to 50%.
you're done! :)

for the first variation, follow all steps as shown above EXCEPT FOR step 4.

for the second variation, follow steps 1-3 as shown above. after step 3, duplicate your base, bring it to the top, and set it to soft light. if you'd like less depth, lower the opacity of the soft light layer to 50%.
