2. Make a new layer and fill it with #282f39 and set it to exclusion.

2. Make a levels layer -

RBG: Input- 33-1.00-255 Output- 11-255
RED: Input- 22-1.00-255 Output- 11-255
GREED: Input- 00-1.00-255 Output- 11-255
BLUE: Input- 22-1.00-255 Output- 44-255

3. Make a Hue/Saturation Layer -

Master- +38 (Depending on your photo)

4. Make a brightness/contrast -

Brightness: -11
Contrast: +10

5. Flatten image & Add what ever you what!
