No need for selective coloring

First you star off with your picture than you sharpen it once




Than you duplicate it twice and set both layers on screen it should look like this




Now take this color and set it on softlight (100) 

You should get this


Than take this color
and set on exclusion (100) than redo it again so it looks like this 



Next take this color
 and set it on multiply at (28) 



You layer properties should look something like this so far



Next click layer than new adjustment layer than brightness and contranst
PUT

Brightness:10 
Contrast:5

Than do that again but Put

Brightness on:20
Contrast:10

The picture shouls now look like this



Go to Hue/saturation/Lightness...
and put the saturation on 28!!

Than click on curves and put

Green 
Input 00
Output 123

Blue
Input 00
output 157

and set that layer on color (100)

Than duplicate that layer and set it on luminance(l) 34




Than duplicate the base layer drag it to the top and set it on softlight than your done
