This tute will make your yellows much more vibrant and increase the intensity of your reds and blues.

Made in PS7, involves selective colouring and curves.



1. Crop, sharpen, screen if your image is quite dark.

2. Add a new selective colour layer.

Reds
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +100
Black: 0

Yellows
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +100
Black: 0

3. Create a colour fill layer. Fill with FFFE98 and change to Soft Light 50%.

4. Create a colour balance layer.

Midtones -37, -30, +68
Shadows -35, -15, -65
Highlights -26, -9, -31

5. Create a curves layer.

Blue
Input: 90
Output: 158

6. Create another curves layer.

Blue
Point One:

Input: 112
Output: 82

Point Two:

Input: 160
Output: 134

7. Create a Hue/Saturation layer.

Yellows
Saturation: +21

8. Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set it to Soft Light 27%
