We are going from this 
to

in 6 simply steps ^^

1. We start from this base , and we make a new hue/saturation layer .



Settings :

RGB : +50
Reds: +31
Yellows: +33
Green : +16
Cyan : +16
Blue : +14
Magenta : +12

2. We duplicate our base and set ato the top. Set this last layer to screen 52% and press Ctrl+alt+U ( hue/saturation) and press ok

3. Selective colouring time ^^

Settings :

Red : -100 // 12 // 100 // 12 .
Yellow: 100 // 28 // -37 // 0 .
Blue : 9 // 0 // 0 // 93 .
White : -97 // -83 // -11 // 62 .
Neutrals: 17 // 0 // -5 // 14.
Black : 34 // 29 // -17 // 4 .

4. Create a new brigthness and contrast layer +10 // +3 .

5. Go to your base and sharpen it once  : Filter >>Sharpen >>Sharpen

6.  Add some texture or brush and it's done ;)
