In 6 simple steps
Difficulty: EASY
I used GIMP
Somewhat translatable
1. First things first: Duplicate, set to Screen 100%
2. Layer > Colors > Hue/Saturation - Saturation: 100
(or Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation)
3. Open up Unsharp mask with these settings:
Radius - 5.0
Amount - 0.50
Threshold - 0
4. Color Balance:
Midtones - Cyan: -46 Green: 19 Blue: 38 (Make Sure Preserve luminosity is checked)
5. Open Channel Mixer:
Red -
Red: 111.1
Green: 4.4
Blue: -4.4
Green -
Red: 4.4
Green: 105.2
Blue: 13.3
Blue -
Red: 19.3
Green: 25.2
Blue: 72.6
6. Duplicate - set to screen 30%
