pushing daisies tutorial

ps cs3, includes colour layers, selective colour..
difficulty: easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Get your base, mine is from 1x03 of Pushing Daisies and can be found HERE
Step 1:
Duplicate your base (ctrl+j) and set it to screen. Depending on how dark it is, you might need to do this a million times.. I only did it once.
Step 2:
Hue & saturation layer:
put the master saturation up a sufficient amount, I did +28
Step 3:
Selective colour layer:
reds:
-100
0
+100
yellow:
-100
0
+100
neutrals:
+58
0
-59
Step 4:
New fill colour layer:
#0d1527 set to Exclusion.
You can stop here if you want this sort of result:
Step 5:
Duplicate the base on top, desaturate it and set to Hard light. You might need to change the opacity of this, or if it is too harsh then put it on Soft Light instead.
