Program: Photoshop CS2
Includes: selective coloring, curves and color balance

1. First we have our base, prep the way it needs to be prepped. I duplicated the base and set to Screen of %20

2. Fill a new layer with #ffefa7 and set to Softlight of %33.

3. New Selective Color layer
Reds: -100, 0, +45, +10
Yellows: 0, -22, -27, +6
Whites: +100, 0, -88, 0
Neutrals: 0, 0, +5, 0

4. New Color Balance Layer
Midtones: 0, 0, -17
Shadows: -20, -14, -5
Highlights: 0, 0, +20

5. New Curves Layer
RBG: Input-129 Output-120
Blue(First Point): Input-85, Output-79
(Second Point): Input-121, Output-115
(Third Point): Input-179, Output-194

And finally...

6. Fill a new layer with #370000 and set to Exclusion of %50.
