A Simple Supernatural Coloring ^^;

Start with your 100x100px base.

Here's how I prepped my base(s):
1. Duplicate base, and set to Screen (opacity 70%).
2. Duplicate the base again; bring to top, and set to Soft Light (opacity 20%)
Note** You may need to adjust the Screen layer depending on how bright/dark the pic is.

Now for the coloring:
1. Make new layer, and fill with a dark blue (I used #090a2c). Set to Exclusion (opacity 40%)
2. Make new layer, and fill with a dark brown (I used #7b2e00). Set to Exclusion (opacity 18%)
3. Make a new Curves layer, and put it to these settings:

RGB

1st Point
Output: 24
Input: 27

2nd Point
Output: 146
Input: 122

3rd Point
Output: 222
Input: 252

RED

1st Point
Output: 23
Input: 28

2nd Point
Output: 67
Input: 72

GREEN

1st Point
Output: 38
Input: 43

2nd Point
Ouput: 193
Input: 172

BLUE

1st Point
Output: 23
Input: 26

2nd Point
Output: 48
Input: 53
