Start off with a Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer
H: -11
S: +44
L: +17

Next up a Selective Colouring Layer
Reds: -64, +11, +100, -10
Yellows: -100, +14, +100, +100
Greens: -100, -16, +100, +100
Whites: +100, 0, -100, -15
Neutrals: +59, -13, +16, -15

And another Selective Colouring Layer
Reds: -100, +24, +100, +34
Yellows: -100, -18, +100, -10
Whites: +100, -26, -93, +10
Neutrals: +100, +25, -26, +4
Blacks: +100, 0, -5, +40

Lastly a Curves Layer
RGB: Point 1 - Input - 86 Output - 114
Point 2 - Input - 159 Output - 190
