step 1:
crop your picture. fix it up however.

step 2:
duplicate your base and set it to screen - 100%

step 3:
selective colour layer -
reds: -100, +50, +50, +50
yellows: +100, 0, -50, 0
neutrals: +10, -10, -10, +10

step 4:
channel mixer layer -
red: +145, -50, +5
blue: -50, +55, +105

step 5:
duplicate your channel mixer layer and set it to soft light - 100%

step 6:
new fill layer - #160202  and set it to exclusion - 50%
