Feel free to tweak with the settings if need be; I only intend them as guides.

ONE
Prep your base - crop, sharpen, etc.
With this base, I used Sharpen, then Fade on 65%.



TWO
Duplicate base layer, drag to top.
Set to Screen, 65%
Filter » Blur » Gaussian Blur
Fade » 55-75%



THREE
Duplicate 2nd layer (your Screen layer, the one you used Gaussian Blur on). Drag to top.
Set to Soft Light, 65%

Layer » New Adjustment Layer » Selective Color

Reds
C: -100 M: +8 Y: +13

Whites
C: +100

Neutrals
C: +10 M: -4 Y: -6
