1.Duplicate your base and set it to screen.
2. New Fill layer: 84DD7E set to saturation at 25% opacity
3. New Fill layer: 9C62B2 set to softlight at 49% opacity
4. New Fill layer: FBE6C5 set to overlay at 58% opacity
5. New Fill layer: F9EEFC set to multiply
6. New Fill layer: D6FBFA set to multiply
7. New Color Balance layer:

Midtones: -7, +24, +28
Highlights: +9, +2 -16
Shadows: -11, +11, +16

8. New Hue/Saturation layer:

Master: +6
Yellows: +13
Greens: +13
cyans: +40
blues: +8

9.New Channel Mixer layer:

RED: +120, +12, -8, 0
GREEN: +8, +100, 0, +2
BLUE: -2, +2, +100, +4

And your done!
