 Coloring tutorial.
Made using Adobe Photoshop CS3.
Total of fourteen steps.
Involves Selective Color layers.

 To.


Number one. Crop your base to 100 x 100. 
Number two. Duplicate your base and set to Screen at 50%
Number three. Duplicate your base and set to Soft Light at 50%
Number four. Create a new layer and fill with 000000 and set to Soft Light at 20%
Number five. Create a new layer and fill with fe5df9 and set to Soft Light at 20%
Number six. Create a new layer and fill with ffe400 and set to Soft light at 15%
*Number seven. Create a new layer and fill with 562c07 and set to Exclusion at 20% -
Then go to - Image - Apply Image - Blending Option: Multiply

Number eight. Create a Hue/Saturation layer -

Master - Saturation: +15

Number nine. Create a Selective Color layer and keep as Normal at 50% -

Reds: -100 +45 +100 +0
Yellows: -100 +29 +100 +0
Greens: -100 +69 -98 +63
Cyans: -100 +0 +44 +35
Whites: -35 -33 -15 -31
Neutrals: +11 +10 +2 +4

Number ten. Create another Selective Color layer -

Reds: -17 +22 +28 +0
Yellows: +48 +21 -25 -2
Neutrals: +8 +1 +8 -1

Number eleven. Duplicate your base and drag it to the top and set to Screen at 25%
Number twelve. Create a Channel Mixer layer and keep as Normal at 46% -

Red: +96 +12 -5 +0
Green: +5 +102 -10 +0
Blue: +9 -9 +96 +0

Number thirteen. Create a Color Balance layer -

Midtones: +2 -13 -11
Shadows: -18 -11 -2
Highlights: -14 +7 +4

Number fourteen. Create another Color Balance layer and keep as Normal at 40% -

Midtones: -73 -20 -8
Shadows: -21 -11 -6
Highlights: -12 +6 +7

.PSD (be sure to go back to step number seven if following).

You're DONE!

Remember that you may need to change opercitys, add or take out layers. Thank you!
Also remember, different coloring will turn out differently for different pictures.
