1. Start with your base, cropped to 100x100 pixels. Prepare it however you need.



2. Add a new raster layer and fill it with #f8f2dc. Set the layer to soft light 63%.



3. Add a channel mixer layer with the following settings:

red 125 -30 0 0
green -15 115 0 0
blue -58 130 20 0



4. Add a color balance layer with the following settings:

highlights -15 10 10



5. Add a levels layer with the following settings:

RGB 0 132 255
red 0 104 255
green 0 118 255
blue 0 132 255



6. Add a color balance layer with the following settings:

highlights -2 1 43



7. Add a channel mixer layer at 40% opacity with the following settings:

red 100 0 0 0
green 0 100 0 0
blue 100 -100 100 0



8. Add a color balance layer with the following settings:

highlights 0 12 21

Set this layer to color (legacy).



9. Copy merged (shift+ctrl+C) and set as a new layer (ctrl+L). Go to adjust > blur > gaussian blur and set the radius to 3.00. Then set the layer to burn with the opacity between 10 and 40%, depending on your picture.



10. Add a curves layer with the following settings:

blue
1st node: 199 >> 201
2nd node: 148 >> 138
3rd node: 86 >> 94

Duplicate the layer.
