Duplicate screen layer - set to screen 100%
Duplicate base - drag to top - Softlight 100%

STEP THREE -
*** New layer - Burn 100% = #A1FFEC****
Duplicate burn layer - burn 62%

STEP FOUR -
New layer - soft light 100% = #fab6f1

STEP FIVE -
new layer - sogt light 44% = #ffd5cb

STEP SIX -
Duplicate base - drag to top - set to softlight 100%

STEP SEVEN - New Adjustment - hue/sat
Master= Sat +20 RED = Sat +19 Yellow= Saturation -35

- Flatten and Voila!!

As for the 2nd icon, do the exact same steps, except for the first burn layer [with the ***__***], minimize opacity to 24%, but keep the second burn layer the same!
