Layer>duplicate image
Duplicate base and set to normal @ 60%
step two;
Layers> New adjustment layer> Curves
point 1: 20 and 0
point 2: 83 and 113
screen cap for curves
step three;
Layers> New adjustment layer> Curves
point 1: 39 and 71
point 2: 98 and 158
screen cap for curves
step four;
Layers> New adjustment layers> Selective color
Red: -61,+20,+21,+16
Yellow: +31,0-31,0
Greens: -53,0,+26,0
step five;
Layers> New adjustment layer>Brightness/contrast
Brightness: +20
contrast: -6
set to darken @ 42 it can be set to higher or lower
