Fill layer with #05011f and set to Exclusion 100%.

Fill layer with #cbb797 and set to Multiply 100%.

Layers>New Raster Layer
Fill layer with #eefee6 and set to Burn 100%.

Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Colour Balance
Midtones: 0, 0, 20
Shadows: 0, 12, 20
Highlights: 0, -10, 0

Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Curves
RGB: point one - 150>179
Red: point one - 133>150
