This whole thing is based on a single line in Devin Grayson's Titans #1. It's a scene we never saw in any title, but try to imagine the fun it would have been if we had!

i thought robins eyes were blue and dick grayson,robin,and nightwing are the same person

That's pretty much the point. Kory lies to Clancy to help protect Dick's ID as Robin/Nightwing. As long as Clancy thinks Robin/Nightwing (who has has never met) has brown eyes, she won't associate him with blue-eyed Dick.
