Crop your base to 100 x 100 pxls. Use Auto Contrast. I used this image from kokorononaka, and rotated it slightly.



Paste this texture (I lost the link. D:) and set it to multiply.



Create a new flood layer with #007894 and set it to exclusion, 50% opacity.



Paste this texture (by gender) and set it to multiply



Add this gradient and set it to softlight.



Duplicate your base, desaturate it, move it to the top, and set it to overlay.



Duplicate the desaturated base, and set it to softlight.



Duplicate your base again, but don't destaturate it. Move it to the top, and set it to softlight.



Rotate your cavus 180 degrees, and then create a new layer. Add this brush by drave, and set it to softlight, and rotate another 180 degrees. The icon should be right-side-up now.



Add whatever text or tiny-text brushes you'd like. :D
