What I like to do is see how someone might manage two very different roles, especially if one of those roles is for a character in a period piece. So, this picspam is going to contrast the period and modern roles of 20 actors/actresses from various countries. Awesome idea for a picspam, and I loved the choices you picked, too. :) Some people were just born to be in period films, I think. Keira Knightley is one of them.

EEEEEEE *TACKLEGLOMPS* So much LOVE for this - especially starting out with bollywood and Aamir Khan and Lagaan (\o/) But beautifully balanced coverage of both TV & cinema as well as asian and western actors.

srsly, you do the best picspams in that regard <3

Have to admit that Jang Geun Seok's wig in Hong Gil Dong was pretty terrible XD And seeing the picture of Eita in Atsu-hime had me going "WHAT HAPPENED TO MINE'S HAIR D: D:" lolol

Have to admit that Jang Geun Seok's wig in Hong Gil Dong was pretty terrible

Haha, it's pretty bad but some of his hairstyles in You're Beautiful were equally hilarious. Poor guy.

And seeing the picture of Eita in Atsu-hime had me going "WHAT HAPPENED TO MINE'S HAIR D: D:" lolol

Haha, TBH, that's really my reaction to seeing him in any non-Mine role. I remember watching Voice and being all WHY IS HIS HAIR ALL BLACK?
