Shadows: -36, 0, 18
Preserve Luminance checked.

Add text, border, brushes, etc and you're done!

Add a new layer, set to Burn 100%. Flood fill with #dcf3f6
Add a new layer, set to Multiply 100%. Flood fill with #ede4c7
Add a new layer, set to Soft Light 36%. Flood fill with #f698cb
New Adjustment Layer - Color Balance:
Midtones: -100, 0, 0
Shadows: 100, 0, 50
Highlights: -10, -51, -100
Preserve Luminance UNchecked
New Adjustment Layer - Curves:
RGB = 154, 176
BLUE = 163, 163
New Adjustment Layer - Channel Mixer:
Red: 100, 8, -7
Blue: 0, 0, 117
Copy Merged and paste on top of all your layers. Set to Overlay 100%
Add text, etc etc etc and you're DONE!
