I was going to wait for the formal announcement, but since that hasn't come yet, I guess I'll share now... Life isn't about being successful with everything you do, it's about making the effort. Without question, you have definitely made the effort. While I definitely agree that you shouldn't give up, it doesn't mean that you can't try again later. Age is never a limitation to doing what you want. You've gone through a lot since you've been there, leaving doesn't mean admitting defeat. As long as you're happy and you feel you're making the best decision for yourself, I support you in every way that I can.
