1. Crop it down to 100x100


2. Duplicate it and set it to screen. (this step varies on the image)


3. Create a new selective color layer. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: -100/0/+4/0
Cyans: +100/+100/0/-100
Blues: +100/+100/+76/-88
Neutrals: +17/0/+20/-12


4. Create a new selective color layer. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: -30/0/+45/0
Yellows: 0/0/-50/0
Cyans: +5/0/-2/+26
Neutrals: -8/-6/+15/+6


5. Create a new selective color layer. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: -100/+7/+6/+4
Yellows: 0/0/-7/+1
Neutrals: +20/0/-20/0


6. Create a new hue/saturation layer. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
Master: 0/+8/0
Greens: 0/-29/0
Blues: 0/+13/0


also on some of my greys icons, i had the 2nd selective color layer at 78 or 115%
and also on some i duplicated the hue/saturation layers (but that was mostly just on the addison icons)
