I'm sorry that people are hotlinking. What I just dont understand is why people just cant go to photobucket and create their own account? Its just a 1, 2 step. Not to hard.. I hope they would stop.

i dont hotlink, but if i save the icon (i always save under the maker's name) but dont load it to photobucket.com, is that still okay? im still kind of knew to the updated livejournal!

I don't think I've ever hotlinked anything. I do have a nasty tendency to forget who made stuff. But I've started saving everything in the appropriate folders under the makers name.
Vicki's Files > Laguna Beach > LC > Credited Icons > policticking > the stars [the one I'm using now]
So, what I'm saying here is, if I use something of yours, and the keywords say 'maker unknown' it's because I saved that one before I started saving under the makers name. =D

i agree, i was just thinking about it and i dont think i have ever hotlinked anything. i didnt even know how to hotlink until i read this entry. ive only known how to do it the right way. yay us!
