1. Crop image to 100x100.

2. Duplicate base > screen 100.

3. Layer > new adjustment layer > color balance

Midtones: +13, -15, -7

4. Layer > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation

REDS
Hue: 5
Saturation: 10

BLUES
Hue: 5
Saturation: 30

5. Layer > new fill layer > #ffffff > soft light 100

6. Duplicate base > drag to top > soft light 100

7. Layer new fill layer > #1a2655 > exclusion 50

8. Merge all layers
