Made with Adobe Photoshop CS3. Not translatable.
Level: Hard. Uses selective coloring.

Remember, as always, that tutorials are to serve as a guide. Your settings may need to change depending on your cap.

1. Crop image to 100x100 px.

2. Duplicate base and set to screen 100.

3. Layer > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation.

REDS
Hue: +3
Saturation: +30

YELLOWS
Saturation: +20

CYANS
Saturation: +20

BLUES
Saturation: +40

4. Layer > new adjustment layer > selective color.

REDS
Cyan: -60
Magenta: -20
Yellow: +15

YELLOWS
Cyan: -100
Magenta: +41
Yellow: -52

CYANS
Cyan: +40
Magenta: -10
Yellow: +100
Black: -30

NEUTRALS
Cyan: +10
Magenta: +10
Yellow: +10

5. Layer > new fill layer > #bee1e5. Set to soft light 100.

6. Layer > new fill layer > #d4ecf8. Set to color burn 100.

7. Layer > new fill layer > #02051a. Set to exclusion 100.

8. Layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast.

Brightness: +10
Contrast: +12

9. Duplicate base and drag it to top. Set to soft light 50.
