PS Elements- Blends, coloring, and adjustment layers

Hey, all! My first tutorial and it is a long one. Lots of layers, lots of steps, but hopefully it isn't too confusing. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer them.

What is the "offset function?????"

In my program, the Offset function is located in Filter>Other>Offset. The Other option in the Filter menu is all the way down at the bottom of the menu, and then the Offset function is at the very bottom of the Other menu.

Basically, this function allows you to move one or two parts of an image to the opposite side. In this tutorial, I moved the very left edge of the icon over to the right with the Offset function. I hope this helps. I like playing around with Offset because it comes up with some cool cuts and effects with minimal effort. :D

I found it! Ha, wow, I didnt even know that existed, and to think all this yime Ive been cutting images apart by hand....thanks!

Which brushes? The white brushes? The white line brush that I used in 23 came from a photoframe set by spiralling while I found the crown picture on the Internet, resized it, and then made it into a brush for PS Elements. Everything else, the gradients, the text, came with the program.
