I know this is going to seem really stupid, but, can anyone explain exactly how to use templates? I'm new to this and using photoshop cs, so, it's not working right for me. I thought I could just click and drag the new layer on top, but it doesn't seem to work like that. Or, if you don't feel like explaining could you direct me to a good
