umm out of curiosity, why no animation? I believe it was allowed with the community was open before.

I based my rules on the stillness communities. I'm going to leave it for this one, but I honestly contemplated even putting it on there.

The theory is that people are more inclined to vote for an animated icon based soley on the fact that it does have animation rather than on the quality of the icons.

I'm very open to suggestions =P Do you think I should leave that off from now on?

yours make 8 =) I'd like a couple more, but if there aren't more by Tuesday (which would be trying to jump into the normal schedule) then I'll put up the poll anyway and just get the ball rolling!
