Liking someone makes you very vulnerable.
Perception is more important than reality.
What happens to you is often based on what you do, not what you could have done.
It's not ,"survival of the fittest" anymore. It's "survival of the smartest" now.
It is never meaningless to apologize, but it can be too late.
Chances are rare, moreso for second chances.
