1) Where did you begin 2022?
At my parents home.
2) What was your relationship status by Valentine's Day?
Single
3) Were you in school anytime this year?
At work, yes. I rarely get sick and when I do it's normally not bad enough to stay at home.
4) How did you earn your money?
As PhD student.
5) Did you have to go to the hospital?
Not as patient. But I work in one so almost every day.

No.
7) Would you relive 2022 over and over again?
If I had to choose between 2022 and 2021, I would prefer 2022.
8) What did you purchase that was over 1000€?
The flight for my Thailand holiday.

18) Describe your birthday?
Because it was one day after Easter, I went to work the day before to place Easter baskets on the desks of my colleagues. Thought I could combine it instead of bringing something else. I also didn't tell them at first that it was my birthday. The problem was that the colleague who asked me if the baskets were from me was kind of persistend and I told her about that. After that all of them knew. Meeh! Yeah, but in the evening I went out to a restaurant with a friend.
19) What's something you thought you'd never do but did in 2022?
Go on a holiday to Thailand.
20) What has been your favorite moment?
We arrived in Bangkok (Thailand) in the evening on December 29th, so we almost immediately went to bed. The best moment was after we woke up the next day, opened the door to the balcony and heard the sounds of the city and of the birds in the trees next to the hotel. Together with the summerly temperature it hit me then that we were actually in Bangkok and we will spend over two weeks in Thailand before I had to think about work again. It's hard to describe but I think it was a feeling of relief and happiness that I haven't felt in a very long time. Reminded me of the the feeling I used to have as a kid on the first day of the summer holidays.
21) What's something you learned about yourself?

No.

Maybe August, because I didn't have to prepare any speeches or posters and didn't have too much stress at work.

No.

Don't know if you can call them friends. Nice colleagues/collaboration partners.
28) Favorite night out?
Went to a Spanish restaurant with my friend S.-Y. rather spontaneously after work on a Friday evening. We got seats at the bar because all tables were taken but then realized that it has a lot of advantages to sit there. The food was great and we drank two Cocktails each. That was the first time I saw my friend in a tipsy state. That alone was already funny but as she forgot her mobile phone in her locker at work we went back there to get it. When we entered the building the doorkeeper on duty was one she was very familiar with so she went to her and hugged her and it was very nice. My friend is a very kind person and fortunately the doorkeeper didn't notice that she drank a bit too much. So we got her phone and left the building through my clinical area and said goodbye to the doorkeeper I knew ^^ and then we walked home together (we live in the same part of the city). That evening was just so perfect. I enjoyed every moment of it because as an adult it got so complicated to spend time with friends.

Better time management or being able to not panic every time I have to prepare a speech and still be able to enjoy my free time and make good use of it.
