Didn't feel like joining the Snape/Hermione slash community, but I highly reccomend "Chaos" by theatresm set in the future, with Hermione proposing to Severus to prevent being matched w/ someone else in the future due to England's breeding program. Excellent writing, and I think mostly done. Definitely worth reading.
