Melissa's weekend ends early as she is called in to work 10p-8a Sunday night, on top of her regular Monday hours. Joy. At least I'll be making overtime.
I really wish my parents were right and that third shift gets a pay differential. Oh well, money's money. -

So yesterday Mom and I went to a few more open houses. The first place was pretty close to Cooley Dickenson in Northampton. Advertised as a new this new that on a dead end street. No sleep.
Didn't even sleep in late Sunday. Could NOT fall asleep last night. Tossed and turned, no sleep. Okay well maybe just under four hours, but really..four is such a small number that it's practically zero. I know I saw the clock just before 3am. Gaaaah..Thus ensues long day. Plus I'm running late :).

We got an e-mail from my aunt today. Apparently my cousin Pauline's tumor is so big now that it's pressing on vital organs and arteries, and could cause them to burst at any moment. Like now. Or tomorrow. Or in three weeks.. who knows.. but it means death. Pauline is 35, I think. She has a 9 year old, and I think a 5 and 3 year old. They ( Read more... )
