The smell of the bloating carcasses of thousands of drowned worms littering the pavement assaulted me as I walked across the quad today. It was terrible, I couldn't walk without stepping on at least three. Poor little things. But they smelled so gross. And the swimming pool/pond/lake was back in that one corner of the quad. You applied for Durham? Kick ass, I just gave them my application and deposit yesterday. They said that there were a lot of girls going, and not many guys. Should be a tight trip ;)

Awesome, then it'll be a blast then! I only know one other guy coming so far, one of my coworkers over at the McLaughlin service desk. Have you heard of anyone else? I briefly got to see the list of people thinking about applying, but I didn't recognize anybody's names. There's actually a meeting tonight about it at 5:00 somewhere. I gotta go back to my room and find out where it is. I think the most they select is like 25 or 30 though, and since they had to push the due date til March because they didn't have enough applicants, I think we should be able to get in.

I'm gonna take the Water coloring class, and the English class on British Literature and Film Adaptations. Hof told me the travel writing class is hard and that I shouldn't take it, and the only class I have left in my core is actually my fine arts. So I'm just taking the English class for fun. My 3rd choice was the history of the English reformation class, which also sounded kind of cool.
