I just went through a week of thinking my cat had cancer. The vet was sure of it, and I kept thinking When I gave him his last pet goodbye before I moved, I never thought it would be goodbye forever. He's 16, so it's getting to be that time where things will start going wrong, but on the same token, I hardly remember a time in life when he wasn't there. We got the results back yesterday and it's not cancer (thank god), but I think I went through all the emotions of losing a pet, anyway. It's hard.

I'm so sorry about Maggie.
