I am interested in people's opinion on the Foxfire browser. Anyone?

You mean Firefox? I love it. Unless you have a Mac, in which case I use both Firefox and Safari, and love both.

p.s. a bit of trivial (which I'm shocked I know): Foxfire was also a Hallmark Classic Movie starring Jessica Tandy, Hume Cronin, and John Denver! :-)

Check it out: http://imdb.com/title/tt0093046/

That should be Hume Cronyn. Sorry Hume.

Wow... when did I become dyslexic? The worst part is that I was looking online for Firefox, but when I posted... well... you see how that turned out! Thanks for correcting me. :)

I use firefox at home and work. Love it. Chris uses it too. Much less freakishly buggy then Explorer. I don't have random sites changing my settings. That always pissed me off.

i used it for a bit and ended up going back to IE. while it's true it is more secure, there's plenty of people who think the main reason it's more secure is because not as many people use it as people who use IE, and the people who do use it are quite a bit more savvy than your average IE user.
But the main reason i didn't like it was because i could never get the damn thing to draw most pages even half as fast as IE, and that was after doing all kinds of tweaks and plugins and stuff.

I <3 Firefox!
No problems here-- and I love some of the plugins available.

I love Firefox for a huge variety of reasons. I find that it's much faster than I.E. On my home PC it appears to crash less than Netscape (almost never and only if I get caught on one of those websites that just freezes everything because my computer can't handle it ( ... )
