I just found out I'm getting possession of my apartment this weekend, and I have to make a decision on what Internet provider to use in the Norridge area. That means, DSL through... some company? And cable through Comcast? The problem is that I don't have a land line, so getting DSL compared to cable on web sites is impossible with no phone number ( Read more... )

Yep, naked cable is available, but I don't know about DSL, which you are voting against anyway.

i have dsl and haven't had any problems with it. but then again, i have a landline normally.

anyway, when are you moving and do you need help?

This weekend is big furniture, which is only going to be four pieces, and next weekend is going to be the final move of whatever is leftover that I haven't moved during the week. (I figure I'm going to take boxes over every day after work.)
