For probably, oh, the past 6 months or so I've been meaning to do a friends-cut - my first in 8 years of having an LJ. It's nothing personal, I'm just starting to collect a lot of journals that I'm afraid I just don't keep up with, unfortunately. My friends-list is getting so large I can't keep up. My initial postulate above that I was doing this because my F-list was too large is kind of moot, considering that almost everyone I cut hadn't updated in 6 months.
