Good eye, Melodye. There are giant wild rose bushes at the park. They smell heavenly and are full of honey bees. The ducks are actually Canada Geese, though. The male and female raise their young together. They're amazing parents!

There are spots with more dramatic scenery in Idaho, but Moscow is a wonderfully peaceful place....

Goslings are not so lil' any more. Still fluffy, but they're getting their adult coloring and are big and awkward looking.
