Logic dictates that if the person doesn't answer the phone they are either not at home or avoiding taking calls. It is acceptable with some people (and I know my Mike is among them), to immedietly call back because they have a habit of not answering calls that show up as "unknown number" on the caller ID. Heh, it didn't keep me up. I was still wide awake at 1am, which should give you a hint about my current sleep schedule... :)
