i bought vitamins and supplements today, and in a fit of desperation, i took a B complex "stress formula" pill and 2 gingko biloba pills before my botany class, and something worked.  i definitely felt like my concentration was improved and i was starting to make connections (though it was still mostly over my head.  photosynthesis, i love you, but ( Read more... )

hurrah!

i have also found 5-HTP to be beneficial. however it simulates serotonin so i'm not sure if it should be taken with prescription drugs. hmmm.

yes, they are both good, so it's hard to know, maybe you did need both though :) good idea to check with doctor in any case. am so glad you feel better.
