Took Molly in for another shot. Only one this time and more scheduled for next month. Then I think we can finally start getting her out for walks/meeting other dogs/obedience classes. She's up to 17.4 lbs already, gaining about 3-4 a week. Last week she possibly had a bladder infection. Had her on antibiotics for the week and the issue went away ( Read more... )

Kevin's been building planter boxes like crazy. I painted one up real purty and will maybe post pictures when it blooms.

Interesting idea you have for maintaining a lush lawn and a big dog at the same time. I always thought that a pipe dream but i hope it works out for you!

We've got a section that isn't covered with grass and once she's on the leash, we can take her to that area for relieving herself.

At least I hope.

As far as the garden box, I built it out of reddish landscaping timbers, for a natural look. It's 8 x 3, and Tam has plans for another section of the yard (which isn't overly large), so it is likely to be the only one.

Our camera is also kaput, so pictures are coming through Tam's iPhone until we get a new one. Once that happens I might get off my ass and post pics (along with the house pics i promised ages ago).
