Lets start with this...a typical "load" is somewhere between 1.5 ml and 5 ml. But the majority of the ejaculate volume is fluid from the prostate and the seminal vesicles yet a normal load of semen typically contains 15-20 million sperm. So that leaves us with the question at hand...what percentage of semen is sperm? To be honest, I don't have a clue. I'm going to say that the answer is A because it sounds like a reasonable answer and it has the smallest area covered out of all of the other choices. That's all.
