I have a crockpot ham recipe that I make a lot for parties (as sandwiches) as it yields A LOT of ham. I buy the Farmland ham (it's boneless and CHEAP!) and I have the deli slice it for me. I use a few of the same ingredients you used - pineapple and brown sugar. I also throw mustard in mine. It's delicious!

I cook the ham slices on the stove sometimes and I find it yields a similiar taste with about half the cooking time if you are ever short on time.
