So I just watched Push and it was such a great movie, not Oscar winning great but super entertaining and my favorite type of movie
Dakota Fanning was great in this movie and this is the first one of her "adult" roles that I have seen her in even though I see interviews with her all over the place for her role in Twilight films but I thought she did a great job. Her look in the movie wasn't my favorite but it fit into her character very well.
She has such a whimsical and ephemeral type of beauty that this styling doesn't do her justice, but her drunk scene in the movie showed her as the typical whiny teenager who puts herself in situations that she isn't quite mature enough to handle. Her more emotional moments were done really well and all of her interactions with the Chinese actress were really amusing to me for some reason.
Then I saw this gif from runaways which is just hilarious
This really makes me want to see this movie, so I'll probably rent it soon.
Overall a great movie, what a well spent afternoon
