Phone interview tip: stand up while you talk. It makes your voice work better and sound better. It also raises your heart rate from about 60 to about 100, which will make your brain work better.
Also, write down things you might want to get across to them. Then you can practice from this or even read from it if the phrasings are ideal.
Congrats on the interviews. Don't worry too much if they turn out to be learning experiences: it is easier after the first couple like that.
You are skilled (in the ways they want), able to listen and learn well, disciplined to work hard, have a good attitude, respect your colleagues new and old, etc. Use evidence from your past experience in school or on committees or internships/work. Do this all while coming across as humble yet confident.
Just spend some time practicing saying such things about yourself, because (for some of us) this DOES seem weird and it takes practice for it to sound natural.
Also think about what you would say if they asked, "is there anything else you would like us to know?" or "is there anything you would like to know about us/this position?" because they do ask that a lot.
